Before forming The Kercsmar Law Firm, Mr. Kercsmar practiced with Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., the largest law firm in the Southwest. He has also practiced with Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware's largest law firm and the world-wide leader in corporate governance litigation. Mr. Kercsmar is a 1998 graduate of Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Kercsmar is a leader in the legal community. He is a Director of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is also an active participant in the Maricopa County Volunteer Lawyers Program. 

 

Mr. Kercsmar is a commited member of the Scottsdale community. He currently sits on the City of Scottsdale Board of Adjustment. In addition, he is a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership program (Class XX), and an alumni member of Scottsdale Leadership.

Mr. Kercsmar was born in Burlington, Vermont and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He speaks and reads German fluently.
