Gregory B. Collins
An associate with the firm, Gregory B. Collins’ practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation including trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, cyber-piracy claims, Internet free speech issues, corporate data loss, and contract disputes. Mr. Collins has represented clients at all levels of the litigation process. He has written and argued dispositive motions, requests for injunctive relief, and appellate briefs, and first-chaired a jury trial in federal court.

Mr. Collins recently published an article in the Creighton Law Review, Of “Purposes Not Prohibited,” New Federal Rule of Evidence 408(b), Co-Author, 40 CREIGHTON L. REV. 679 (June 2007). He has presented continuing legal education on obtaining injunctive relief in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Collins was an associate at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., the largest law firm in the Southwest. Mr. Collins graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004. While in law school, he was a writer for the Arizona Law Review and a legal intern for Senator Jon Kyl, a member of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. As an undergraduate at the University of Arizona, Mr. Collins majored in political science.
Mr. Collins was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Northern Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
